From Marrakech: Mount Toubkal, 4 days of hiking

Duration: 4 days

This adventure takes you to discover the magnificent Atlas Mountains. Get ready for an unforgettable hiking and seduced by the fabulous scenery that you see along the mountain roads you cross to get to the summit of Djebel Toubkal.

Day 1: Marrakech – Imlil – Sidi Chamharouch – Refuge Toubkal

We leave Marrakech after a hearty breakfast we continue our trek to Imlil passing through Asni and then we visit Tacheddirt before heading towards the refuge of Toubkal where we will take in a magical setting our dinner before resting.

Day 2: Refuge Toubkal – ascent of Toubkal – Toubkal refuge

Today we’ll climb Toubkal, the highest mountain in Morocco, we will follow a stone path to the valley before the big climb to the top, then we go down to the approach of the sum we then return Toubkal refuge for a night under the stars.

Day 3: Toubkal Refuge – Col Aguelzim – Azib Tamsoult – Tizi Tizi Oussem Or Mezzik

Today we start our trek by a short ascension during which we will observe beautiful landscapes preserved, then we pass by the collar of Aguelzim, a natural pass in the mountain to reach Azib Tamsoult, then we visit Tizi Oussem or Tizi Mezzik where we will spend the night.

Day 4: Oussem Or Tizi Mezzik – Imlil Tamatert cottage

We take the road to the small waterfall Azib Tamsoulte then we make a U-turn to reach the Tizi ‘n Mzik, at an altitude of 2500 meters, then we discover the beautiful Toubkal Valley Imlil which culminates at 1900 meters above sea level, we continue to Imlil to spend the night.

Sahara – Group travel lowest rate since three days imlil

Duration: 3 days

We explore the wonderful Sahara desert and the Atlas Mountains from Imlil, this3 days hike will be a good opportunity to discover the su-blimes landscapes of southern Morocco. We will admire the sunset behind sand dunes and beautiful desert landscapes of rose-gneuses Atlas valleys.

Day 5: imlil -ticheka – – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Boumalen (Dades Gorges)

Early morning we cross the High Atlas to reach the Tizi n’Tichka and we continue towards the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, then, we continue to Ouarzazate by Hamada and the Kasbah Taourirt, after, we take the road of thousand Kasbahs to the Dades valley, during this trip, we will visit the charming towns of Ouarzazate and Kalaat M’Gouna Boumalne Dades to have dinner and we spend the night.

Day 6: Boumalen Dades – Tinghir – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Dunes of Merzouga

After breakfast, we drive to the dunes of Merzouga, after visiting the town of Tinghir, we will see beautiful palm groves, then continue to gorge Toudra, then we’ll take a walk to the gorge and palm. After we will have lunch and go back through the palm groves Tinjedad, Touroug and Erfoud. Our adventure does not continue here, we will continue to Merzouga, a quiet place where you can have an unforgettable camel tour through the dunes of Erg Chebbi and enjoy the sunset. (Night in a nomad tent).

Day 7: Merzouga – Rissani – Nqob – Tamnougalte – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Early in the morning, a Moroccan breakfast will be served before exploring the Draa Valley crossing Rissani and Nqob we will discover beautiful desert landscapes during our return to Marrakech via Ouarzazate.

NB: The departures are scheduled every week on Sunday or Monday or when the group is completed.
